The Role:
As an integral team member of Accounting here at Elite, you’ll be responsible for processing accounting transactions, preparation of reconciliations, compiling and analyzing financial reports, providing ad hoc analysis, maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, and providing general accounting support to the Accounting Manager. We’re looking for a highly-organized, accountable team player who operates with efficiency, urgency, and discipline.

Job Summary
The Client Relations Manager will be expected to carry out & manage efforts in relation to Elite’s customer service goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will understand how to generate sales from existing clients through various strategies such as expanding security coverage, up-selling, and more. This position will work closely with the company’s Director of Client Relations and aid in the implementation of “In-House” sales & customer service, helping ensure that service delivery has a positive impact on overall customer satisfaction. The Client Relations Manager will manage interactions with customers to improve client relations and ensure their expectations are being met and exceeded. This position will also work closely with sales and operations to ensure the team is providing quality & timely responses to client needs and expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must reside in the Bay Area.
Experience servicing or selling to one or more of our primary verticals including; automotive dealerships, multi-family residential, or industrial warehousing a plus.
Ideal candidates have a record of winning as well as professional success in sales and comfortable with technology.
Must have strong business acumen and be able to strategically discuss Elite’s solutions/service delivery capabilities as they relate to our security services and client needs.
Must have skills and knowledge to allow for successful prioritization of multiple projects and the ability to clearly communicate and present project requirements/timelines.
Individual will possess strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
