Job Summary

The Client Relations Manager will be expected to carry out & manage efforts in relation to Elite’s customer service goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will understand how to generate sales from existing clients through various strategies such as expanding security coverage, up-selling, and more. This position will work closely with the company’s Director of Client Relations and aid in the implementation of “In-House” sales & customer service, helping ensure that service delivery has a positive impact on overall customer satisfaction. The Client Relations Manager will manage interactions with customers to improve client relations and ensure their expectations are being met and exceeded. This position will also work closely with sales and operations to ensure the team is providing quality & timely responses to client needs and expectations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage implementation of new or improved business processes. Coordinate communication of any changes/modifications between department heads using appropriate communication tools
  • Administer the development and management of current “In House” clients
  • Develop opportunities to expand sales through existing client base
  • Carry out strategies to build upon existing client security needs
  • Coordinate meetings with current “In House” accounts in-person biannually
  • Operate bi-annual client business reviews
  • Oversee the creation of an effective contract renewal “process”
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, & other departments to continually improve client satisfaction
  • Support the Director of Client Relations in planning, design, and development of department goals
  • Analyze, review, and monitor current & future performance reporting systems
  • Support all departments to meet financial goals
  • Work with Director of Client Relations to ensure all company policy and procedure manuals are up to date
  • Create weekly snapshot of activities & projects for Director of Client Relations
  • Understand and support the company’s goals and objectives
  • Carry out and contribute to corporate strategic planning as required
  • Participate and help grow a work environment that promotes positive energy, creativity and teamwork
